Who We Are

Amber Rudd is the Managing Director and Senior Consultant for Lawnstone.

She has a wide range of investment banking and entrepreneurial skills and experience. She began her career at JP Morgan and then moved into venture capital, both as an advisor and as a principal. She is an experienced entrepreneur, having assisted with setting up a number of new companies in a variety of fields.

While maintaining other interests she joined a firm of city headhunters in 2001 and decided to work through Lawnstone from the end of 2003 and to develop a specialist head hunting area. Since 2004 this area has evolved as financial journalists and financial communications. As the database and contacts grow, the business is developing momentum and strength.

Amber has access to other freelancing researchers and consultants to assist with work and assignments when it is required.
